Prices

All prices listed are in Euro per apartment and day for 4 or 8 persons, exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee. Extra charge for each additional person (rates on request).

Resort tax

The resort tax of € 4,00 is charged separately.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in from 3.00 pm. Please give us a call if you arrive later than 6.00 pm.     
Check-out until 9.30 am.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking apartment house. Please smoke only on the terrace or outside the house.

Pets

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Apart Mare.

Payment options

For a binding booking a 50% down payment is required. The remaining sum has to be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival or in cash on your arrival day.

Cancellation terms

For travel cancellations the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply. 

• 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the booking amount
• Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 90 % of the booking amount
• Less than 1 week: 90 % of the booking amount

Travel insurance

To be on the safe side we strongly recommend to take out a cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance. Check all important details here.
